So many companies only concentrate on acquisition and forget about keeping existing customers


I have a wealth of knowledge about how to hold onto more customers. After all the old saying that “it costs five times as much to recruit a new customer as to hold onto an existing one” is still true.

Whether looking at developing a customer engagement process, building a relationship via different communication routes or re-vamping your renewals process – I’ve worked with Green Flag and other major brands to do this.

I’m presently implementing a retention strategy for a new digital Insurer whose first year sales are coming up to anniversary.
